I couldn’t help eating my corsage ;n; it looked so tasty… at least Mael found it funny! The candlelight made him.. look..handsome
Evening ripened as the vibrant reds filtered into the skyline. With a brilliant pattern forged from fire, the sun had set lower into the horizon when he arrived. The eggshell carriage glowed in the light, powered by a combination of steam and magic. Copper tubing ran around its engine case, purring loudly as it was supplied a steady supply of energy from the driver. Its rubber wheels cruised over the rough ground, coming to a stop before her.
With a bit of magic from the driver, her date revealed himself in a flourish from inside the enclosed cabin, bowing before her. His large gregarious smile gleamed. “Your chariot awaits, milady.”
He moved aside to show her entry, smiling wide again, “I love your outfit, babe. The gem lights your eyes aflame!” He winked at her flirtatiously, “Plus, it looks totally hot on you.” But just as she moved to enter, he stopped her with a wing. “Hang on.”
From a small pouch on his side, he produced a wrapped box. Popping it open, he pulled out a brilliant corsage, beautiful flowers in purples, rouges, and blues. With the corsage’s ribbon in his teeth, he grinned, “For you, babe.” With another flourish, he drew up her delicate hoof, planting a kiss on top. Only a moment passed, but with tooth and tongue, he tied the ribbon around her hoof in an elaborate bow.
Glancing up at her, his mouth formed a subdued smile as his wings gently fluttered. This would be a night all for her; the night to outlast all others.

Went to Waterglow’s Birthday Party. Suffice it to say it was a lot of fun! But my sand castle did not survive this particular event haha!
